I am pretty new to leasing. Need some help to see if this is a good deal or not.
Learned everything yesterday from leasehackr. Talked to one dealer after work today.

Some highlights from the conversation.
- Dealer told me that 5% off is almost the invoice price of the vehicle, they make not too much profit from this 5% off. I was asking for 8% which is impossible.
My research on this car is that
MSRP = 72295
Invoice price = 64270 (from edmunds)
Package = 2000 + 2000 approx
8% off MSRP = 66511
Dealer is true that he makes no money?!!

Dealer said that MF = 0.0025 which is the top tier credit, they can not lower it anymore. The good thing is that they maximize the MSD for me which lower the MDF a little bit.
Dealer mentioned that money factor is the only way that they can make profit to make the dealership running. -
zero down payment is the best thing that I fight for.
I think throught it, find out that is this the best try that I can make?
