I signed a 2024 BMW X3 Xdrive back in November but I am having second thoughts after receiving the first bill LOL.
Below is the calculator, is this a good deal?
I tried looking into LH Marketplace but everyone wants at least $2k DAS or more.
If I factored in $0 DAS (per 1k down let’s say about $25-30 less on the monthly), I will get close to what I had signed for.
The residual you have is wrong for 7500 miles. It should be 57%. Money factor doesn’t look right either, unless you got the loyalty reduction and they marked it up 30 points. Government fees look low (should be closer to $700). Ultimately, if your selling price in the calc is right, it’s not a terrible overall deal considering 11% off MSRP and not a full markup on the rate. What’s done is done though and you’ve already signed, so don’t regret it! Next time come to LH before signing and someone will guide you in the right direction.
Also, not speaking for everyone else, but the driveoffs posted in the marketplace (at least in my ads) are just for illustration. You’re not required to put $2k, $3k, $4k DAS or whatever is posted - you can structure the deal however you want, as long as you’re approved by the bank. I do $0 driveoff (sign and drive) for customers all the time.
Why exactly are you having second thoughts? You signed the paperwork showing how your cap was built, money DAS and the associated payment so why is the bill a surprise?
Thank you for looking to see it even tho it has some wrong numbers on it.
I was going by my memory. But MSRP and discount are correct.
and loyalty they said instead of $1k, for month of November is it $3k.
At least now I know I am not getting a bad deal.
Understood, next time I will go though one of LH brokers.
Thanks again for replying, I really appreciate it.
Because I was not sure if I had a good deal from the Dealer.
When I was searching for car in November, I contacted a few LH market place broker and they all want at least $2k-3k DAS.
They didn’t gave me an option $0 DAS therefore I didn’t get the car from them, I went to my local dealer and tried my best to haggle the price.
But now looking at LH market place, monthly payment is only $499.
That is why I am having second thoughts.
You can’t look at it like this…too many variables…different MSRPs, MF, terms, etc. Study up on Leasing 101 and understand what you didn’t do this time for the next time.
