Looking at leasing a 2024 BMW X3. Does anyone know when the 2025 model will start showing up at dealerships? Curious if the best time to lease will be in August 2024 or will the options get better in September or October. Should I lease now or wait? Thanks.

X3 leases have sucked for ages. Why are you expecting anything to change?
2024 programs got markedly worse in August over July’s programs. Inventory is getting picked off and production has ended.

Very late response, but there are deals now - some end today 9/30 and tomorrow 10/1. The 2025 model is coming out soon. Do the aesthetics matter to you?
I was trying to wait to see what 2025 looked like. I’m not liking the way it looks so now last minute I’m looking for a 2024 X3.
There is a ton of 2024 X3 inventory left in the SE region, but not with the MSport body style. Not sure what the programs will be in Oct, but doubt they will change? I’d shoot for 11-12% off plus incentives. You might have to make a few calls and wait closer to the end of the month however. The ball is in your court on 2024’s in my opinion. Good luck!

Confirming 11-12% off MSRP before incentives seems to be the current market in Socal. Just signed an 2024 x3 a couple days ago, had multiple offers at the ~11% off range.
