Wife is looking into a 2024 X1 or possibly X2 x28i. Dealer would only budge 1000 on the X1. In my opinion they can go lower. Thoughts ? On the X2 we were told they won’t discount it at all due to it being a “new” model and in high demand.

I don’t think the X2 has ever been in high demand. There just might be low availability right now. There are several BMW brokers here that post regularly. I am sure they will provide a much better deal than you have been quoted.

Discount is only one factor out of 4. Even if you got a better discount, are the RV, MF and rebates any good?
Discount by itself doesn’t make a good deal.
New X2 are still very fresh and few allocations to go around.
X1 will be a much easier gambit and we can help!

I am also looking for an X1 or X2 lease; the current X1 lease ends in May. Loaners can be a good option, too.
