You could also try a Dutch auction here, like Carmax prices their inventory… Lower the price (in this case, bump the incentive) by X dollars every Y days.
He’s already eaten an extra 5k in payments since listing. If you want to move something here, you have to borderline give it away. Otherwise, I agree with SAL.
