IX retired loaner. When it comes to a lease, Can the dealer apply EV rebates or not?

$5,900 on the loaners, must have at least 5,500 miles on it or 6 months in loaner service to qualify

Could be possible it’s not actually a former loaner. They have a system to verify eligible rebates by VIN.
How many miles are on it?
7600 . they confirmed it is retired loaner and CAN be leased.
Then they’re just wrong lol idk
If the system is for some reason is not showing the rebate, they likely wouldn’t feel comfortable giving it to you. If they confirmed it 100% was a loaner, you should politely ask them to confirm with their FS rep, we had an issue last week where a loaner eligible for the rebate wasn’t showing it.

Their BMW Financial Services rep. Just ask them very very nicely to please double check, say that you’ve been quoted a $5,900 rebate on other iX loaners.
