Unfortunately the calculator for 2024 isn’t available and I never took a screenshot.
I was getting some traction with a dealer in Texas and sent them an offer broken down with dealer discounts, money factors, lease terms etc and offered $700 per month. I said I would pay sales tax and registration up front. They told me no. A couple days later my sales rep came back and send me this deal and we agreed.
Here is the breakdown.
2024 BMW i7 M70 loaner.
MSRP $182,390
Sales price $118,000
Discount from dealer $64,390
Rebates $13,000
($8000 BMW loaner)
($5000 BMW loyalty)
Total savings $77,390
Dealer has a BS 1% fee of $900 bucks.
I rolled registration/doc fees/other fees and Florida sales tax all in.
No down payment just first month.
$742 per month, the dealer did mark up the money factor as I did agree on that. It got the deal done on their end while keeping me in line of where I wanted to be.
I forgot what the markup was and I don’t have it listed anywhere in my docs.
No I didn’t get the big screen in the back. I’m tooooo cheeeaaaapppp
I have never used the calculator so many times in a month as I did the last 3 days of September.
Special thanks to the community here for posting deals. It helps narrow down what cars to be aggressive on by viewing other people’s success.
It should go without having to be said that this is absolutely not replicable and is almost certainly the result of an anxiety due to 2024 programs ending with Q3.
It had the entertainment package in the back and I did offer to buy that one as well with the exact same discount and structure. Obviously a different lease payment with the higher MSRP and they said no thanks lol
Certifiably insane at 35.3% off pre-incentive. And the dealer still came out ahead almost 20K as this would be 100K retail at best without lease support.
Yeah this particular dealer still has a dozen or so 24 EVs on their lot. I agree with you this was smart by the dealership. I offered to buy more I bet they wish they said yes now with no lease support.
The manager was driving the black one and they wouldn’t do the deal.
The car is still for sale. I looked today hahaa
But I do believe they sold the black i7 x60 to someone here I connected them with. That one was Sharp looking.

I made several offers on those. Had a deal all but done and a local came in. They called me and asked me to up my offer and I was like. Sell to him. He is a repeat buyer and will do all the service. The sales rep sent me a card in the mail thanking me for being cool with them backing out of a deal. (I had no signed contract yet. Just a verbal yes but gotta wait for the sales manager tomorrow as I was doing a 1 pay and the other people were confused)
