So is it 624, or 748?
MD taxes are on the selling price, paid upfront, so if you rolled them in, the next owner will be paying them, that said, it’s still a very low payment.

Sorry! I didn’t know that. My 6% MD taxes are rolled into monthly payment and the monthly payment is $748

Are you looking for the transferee to pay you $8k?
If yes, you need to list that in your post and update your thread title.
