I posted this in SAL and received a very good response, but I didn’t have the title until last week. By the time I reached out to the interested parties, they had already moved on to other options. I started the transfer process with one person, but it wasn’t approved due to his bad credit, which is why the vehicle is still available.

Yes, the title needed to be sent to BMWFS from DMV to start the lease transfer process but due to holiday season it got delayed.
