Pick your metric:

$699 effective / 593 hp is only $1.18 per hp per month.

$94145 / $699 =11.2 Leasehackr score

Torque 586 lb-ft (610 lb-ft with Boost) is just a lot.

I’ll take it if you:

1 - add rear footrests
2 - offer free lifetime oil changes
3 - ship it to Madagascar… or Tasmania… or lemme check with my wife and get back to you…

HOW THE HELL IS THIS STILL AVAILABLE??? Come on, you mooches, this is a freebie!

Maybe having to pony up $7.6k upfront…?

You get the MSD’s back at lease end. It’s probably the miles though.

Cash due and low mileage. Hard to enjoy. Maybe if the cash due was reduced/dropped but thats up to OP

Additional miles can be either purchased or paid as a penalty at lease end. Peanuts compared to discount @WeakestLink got on this deal. I just knew it was going to be brought up, lol. Besides, seems like vast majority of deals posted here are for 7500 miles, you have 7700 here.

Or flip it on SAL eventually

Curious how much more would you be willing to pay without MSDs?

Hi.
Just to understand…
MSD obviously goes to BMW Financial
Do I pay the $3,400 to BMW financial or to you?
Is the payment $599, but effective is $699 because it’s taking accoutn for the $3,400?

I already paid the MSDs to BMWFS and BMWFS transfers that deposit to the new lessee. Therefore, you would pay me for the MSDs.

Yes, you would also pay me the $3400. The actual payment is $599 but the effective payment, with the $3400 upfront, is $699.

Thanks.

You getting a kickback on this transfer?

15% if transferred before EOM

Deal update. Not transferable until Feb 1. :sunglasses:

Yes, this deal is not for someone that doesn’t have $7600 to pay upfront. Keep in mind the payment would be $39 higher per month without the $4200 in MSDs. So the MSDs are effectively earning over 11% per year (actually more since you don’t pay income tax on the savings). I always use MSDs on BMW leases.

I am interested in the deal and i am not against the 7.6k down. I’m in Texas does anyone know what that does to the cost on this deal. (i’m new here and have been looking at an I5 m60.) this would be great.

Honestly this is a beautiful build and great deal.

I have came back like 6 times looking at this and own a ixm60 already.

If the lease wasn’t so long I would have already done it.

I just can’t keep cars that long lol

You could always assume the lease, drive it for a year and then let someone else assume it. It might become an even better deal if they get rid of the EV incentives.

It’ll look great sitting next to your iX M60. :sunglasses:
