2024 BMW I4 M50 lease help

Hi! I am working on two BMW i4 M50 lease loaner deals out of state both 36/15k miles with just first payment upfront. I am located in Texas

MSRP $76,715
Selling price $ 60,605
MF .00115
EV Rebate $7500
$690ish

MSRP $74,445
Selling price $60,449
MF .00115
EV Rebate $7500
$690 a month

Is this a good deal? No dealership is giving me the buy rate and this is as far as I can negotiate

Given that this is 36/15k and Texas with no tax credit, yes, I’d say this is good. Obviously, the more expensive one for the same price is a better deal. I’d say you’d want a minimum of 20% off any i4 loaner to make it worth it.

What Scott said plus consider the miles on the loaners and condition of the tires (or if they have been replaced).

Try offering to split MF markup, tell them you will sign the same day if they only mark up 20 points vs 40.
