Very near to the leasing game and trying to locate a good deal on the east coast. Can anyone let me know if they secured a 2024 i4 lease and what they are paying for it, or any brokers they recommend?

I would suggest you read through the I4 thread here;
Understand that some of this information is dated, so I would suggest you check out the latest offers in Marketplace, you will find a number of brokers who service your region. To get started, I would suggest figuring out the build you want, and then trying to see if it’s available in-stock or in-transit, or if it will require waiting for a custom order.
