Wanted to push harder but was still satisfied with the deal in the end.
Couldn’t make the calculator line up for some reason - when I was in finance they were telling me that there was some issue with the way the numbers were being printed so I will have to re sign another contract later - they will honor same price though.

Looks like they double-charged you for the $34 electronic registration charge. It’s in both the amount due at signing and the gross cap cost.

Good eye, thanks! Not sure if this is part of the issue when they were telling me the contract wasn’t printing properly. Will bring it up with them and see what they say.
First impression is that ZDX interior is much nicer. Sound system is also way better in the ZDX. Can’t believe ZDX A-spec doesn’t come with the 360 cam though, quite a big letdown there

Yeah, that and head-up display.
It’s honestly frustrating to see these expensive models/trims lacking a HUD. I wish someone could explain… why does it seem like Honda is afraid to fully embrace heads-up display technology? I keep seeing ads for Sport Touring Hybrid CR-Vs and the Accord mentioning it (probably a foreign market) and the RDX had a solid implementation in its top trim.
Meanwhile, Kia and Hyundai are moving forward with it across more models. Yet Honda and Acura act like it’s still some cutting-edge feature under development. Hopefully, they’ve at least improved that awful backup camera resolution by now. The RDX’s camera resolution was dog awful. I wonder if it still is.

Kia still doesn’t let you get a 7-seat EV9 with 360 view. That’s a huge car! I have 360 view on my little Bolt.

Oh yeah that too - don’t have it in my Blazer so forgot about that lol
7 seats isn’t “lux” enough to get 360 cam - you have to get 6 seats to be lux in their minds

I’ve had similar sentiments towards Japanese automakers for a while. They are so slow to push innovation. Used to exclusively drive Toyota/Lexus products for their reliability. But now that EVs eliminate so much of what can go wrong I don’t see a reason to stick with them anymore
