2024 Audi Q5 Sportback S Line 45 TFSI quattro -- Lease Offer Question

New to the forum! I was offered the following in SoCal - Los Angeles:
MSRP $62435

Selling price $55970

Residual at 12k miles/year is 57%

MF .00145

Adj Cap cost $53608

$5000k downpayment.( includes 1st payment , acq fee, DMV fees )

No incentives at this time or Rebates

$629+tax /month
$5K down
36 months and 12k miles a year — This is my first lease I’m negotiating completely myself and want to see if it’s a good deal or if I’m missing anything. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

That quote is atrocious. TBH the car is a dinosaur and honestly no one should touch one until pricing reflects how obsolete it is.

Same thing was said about the Volvo XC90 a few months ago and now it’s on clearance. Virtually guaranteed the same thing will happen on the Q5 because it’s just not competitive any more.

I had a 2024 Q5 that I used for a weekend as a loaner, it just didn’t have the black optic package and 21" wheels. It really felt like a dinosaur of a car and I’m not sure the MSRP is justified. I was surprised that I couldn’t sit in front of my kids car seat after I had installed it. I was pretty disappointed with it and crossed it out from my list.
