Not crazy over the 48 month term but it appears to be the sweet spot for this vehicle and trim. Thoughts on lease offer and whether higher dealer discount is possible considering 2025 models are within weeks of hitting dealership?

The MDX is not my first choice of vehicles but definitely has the most aggressive pricing compared to BMW, Audi, etc. Currently driving a 2021 Q5 lease that is expiring in 2 months and looking for larger vehicle this time.

Ummm so how do you benefit from spending $37,000+ to lease an asset selling for 58k plus tax.

Don’t think 48 month term is the play here this month on MDX’s.

Just leased 2024 MDX A-SPEC in MD, MSRP $62500. 36/10K, loyalty - $613/month, 1st DAS.

Seems like a pretty good deal

48% residual? I think MF has been bumped from .00123 but not sure? You should be able to get more discount on a BMW from my search?

If they’re telling you that 48 months is the sweet spot, then there is no sweet spot. Some cars just don’t lease that well. You’re paying 52% of the depreciation on a car you’re not going to own. I would keep looking. Honestly, if you’re dead set on a MDX, you might be better off to just finance it rather than do a 4 year lease at these terms.

What model? How does that translate to a good deal for what OP is looking for? Even if you can get a better discount off MSRP on a different make, if there are no incentives being offered, it does not necessarily make for a good lease

What other vehicles are you looking at?

I would finance this car, honda/acura hold their value. This car will last you 7+ yrs if well maintained
