2024/2025 MB GLE350/450 or GLC43 Lease Advice

Long time lurker, first time poster here!

Anything workable on a GLE 350/450 or GLC43 lease at the moment? I’m Connecticut.

I’m looking for 10k/year lease but flexible on term. I’m also coming out of GLC300 lease with 5 payments left - 3 pull ahead and 2 rolled into new lease.

Can’t seem to get anything lower than $950/month with 4k DAS for 39m 10k miles with Amex for a GLE350 in the mid $60k range or $1050/month with $2.5k DAS for GLC43 with sticker around $70k. The two remaining payments on current lease obviously hurt a bit.

Is there much more I’m missing - or is this just not a good time to lease these cars, especially since I’ve got a couple of payments left to cover on the existing lease?

Thanks in advance.

Why the hurry to come out of your current lease and roll 2+ payments of negative equity into a very similar car?

GLC43 lease is pretty ugly even without negative equity, but you should be able to do a lot better on a GLE.

Asking dealers for quotes is a waste of time, all you’re doing is asking them how much they want you to pay, so of course what they send you isn’t pretty.

Take a look at the Marketplace, lots of MB brokers in the NE, put together a target deal based off what they’re offering on a GLE then you make an offer to the dealer, not the other way around.

These are all terrible leases at the moment. The GLC350e PHEV is the best lease among all the GLC and GLE variants.

Do you qualify for the very specific MBFS loyalty program at the moment? Existing lease is not enough. It has to be scheduled to end within certain dates to qualify.

Good advice. Pretty much what I thought. Had the itch to switch and was hoping there was a deal that would make it worthwhile.

This lease expires May 2025 so I don’t qualify for the current Loyalty.

I’ll need to check back in a couple of months to see how things look.

Thanks again.
