I think you mean non-taxable fees. According to the dealer, this amounts to 899.46 for which you should request an itemization. I believe that this amount includes the DMV fee.
1350 = 874 + DMV = DAS (excludes MSD) note that the payment may have been rounded to the nearest dollar
DMV = 476
Bal. of non-tax fees = 899.46 – 476 = 423.46 which is capped in the lease
Adj. Cap = 64018.03 – 476 = 63542.03 … this could be off by less than $1 due to possible rounded payment
Residual = 0.58 x 65295 = 37871.10
Payment = 0.00158 x (63542.03 + 37871.10) + (63542.03 - 37871.10)/36 = 873.31 again, rounding may be the problem. But I’m too lazy to calculate the actual payment.
Tax
Adjusted base = 64018.03 – 2060.57 – 899.46 = 61058
Taxable Base Pmt. = 0.00158 x (61058 + 37871.10) + (61058 - 37871.10)/36 = 800.39
Tax = 0.06625 x (36 x 800.39 + 2000) =2041.43 which differs significantly from the dealer’s 2060.57. I have no idea how they arrived at this amount. I assume the sales tax rate is correct and that there is no other tax rate. Either something may be missing or, I may be missing something.

No idea how you swung that on an XC90. I had Dyer and Dyer quote me on a $53K XC60 Plus 36/12 and it was $850. Worst quote I’ve received yet on the XC60 Plus. Had Costco, Loyalty and VCFS incentives.
DC dealer have more in lease bonus than the NJ dealers. DC has $2500 in lease bonus and NJ only has $1250. Loyalty is also $1500 in NJ and $1250 in DC.
That’s an extra $1000 in rebates for just going to MD or VA.
