Im sure it’s something on the order of 55-60%, meaning youre talking about somewhere around $60,000 in total cost to lease this and then buy it at the end.
Your monthly on a purchase with a 3.5-4% rate might be equal to the lease payment.

If you want to text me your vin/mileage of your current car. I can get you a lease quote on a sienna coming in late October/early November. I can also run a purchase which will prob be about the same payment.
There’s no way this dealer can give an accurate trade in price for January. So they’re padding it a ton I’m sure. You will pay over msrp in the northeast for a sienna regardless unless you were on an order list.
