2023 Toyota Sequoia

What’s the pricing for the hybrid?

Pretty crazy to be paying 80k for a tundra.

Toyota fanboys will pay. However not sure the new engines will have reliability of older ones.

Aren’t they all hybrid? It’s the same powertrain (the i-FORCE MAX 3.5L Twin-Turbo V6) across the lineup, I think.

I like the new 7 series truck.

Totally agree, this is crazy. I had a deposit in for a Pro but now I’m gonna switch to 4Runner Pro instead

No not all are hybrid. May be just the TRD & capstone 4x4.

All MY2023 Sequoias come with the hybrid engine.

I was thinking about tundras :joy:

Good idea.

Nice, love lunar rock. Any off roading yet or just mall crawling lol

No Rock crawling but when I first picked it up last year, took it on a camping trip. Consisted of tons of dirt, rocky roads. The fox suspension eats up those off-roads, and terrible pavement.

Hoping for new gen so I can trade this in.

Announced that '23 will be no redesign yet, just a couple updates…nothing crazy. Maybe '24, but most likely the Lexus NX turbo 4, but possibility of a V6 option (not sure which one yet).

Insane markup and bolt ons

That’s crazy. I have capstones from 10-15k over msrp which still seems high to me, but at least it’s online with the market

I was offered an Orange Pro for $15K over and have a SR5 with TRD sport and premium package in bound.

I can almost understand why some status-seeking types might pay stupid money over MSRP for, say, a Rivian or Lightning. But a Sequoia? Does it really carry so much cache and status that someone would feel the need to pay a 50% markup to have the first one on the block?

I am paying it

@derekoh1991 have you sat in one yet? What are your thoughts? What trim?

If you have something reasonably priced/optioned (limited+) and decent color, let me know please

No, I meant I have the Tundra Limited Hybrid 4WD.
As far as the Sequoia, I had seen them at the Toyota HQ in Plano, and it looks stunning.
