Tesla is offering $7500 credit if you take delivery before 1/1/2023. Applying this amount as the downpayment on a 24 month lease will reduce the payment to $425/mo with about $1k DAS.
MSRP: $50k
Must hurry and take inventory vehicle.

With 36 month lease you can qualify for some state incentives depending on msrp. Hurry limited time offer!!! Get them while they are hot.
“Agreed upon selling price” is the language Mass uses for the MOR EV credit so I wonder if this credit will get some M3s below the threshold for the extra $3,500. Is it essentially a cap cost reduction?
I would assume so.
Seems like it’s not a cap cost reduction but a MSRP deduction
I have done Tesla leases in the past with discount/credits. They do not reduce the vehicles MSRP.
I had a 2016 Model S with a $24k discount and it dropped $1000/mo off the payment.
If this is the case it sucks from a leasing perspective but at least some LR M3s will now qualify for the additional $3,500 in MA
That was a different time and this isn’t a (demo/prior year model) discount per se. They are taking it off the top. If you happen to have leased one this time around, please do share the details.
For context, this is what shows up on my MY order with the credit for a 24m/10k lease in FL.
Not sure how you came up with these numbers. You should check the Tesla website for yourself, because they do not apply the rebates as cap cost reduction.
This info is incorrect. Look at the longer Tesla thread. It has been confirmed that Tesla is reducing the MSRP by $7500, not applying the $7500 as a cap cost reduction.
Typing out loud, has anyone checked if the third party CUs for ballon loans have updated their Msrp #s yet?
If the residuals are still strong even with higher rates could be an interesting balloon loan.
Edit: for a LR @ 24 months it’s still not a deal around 1200 incl tax for PA, SR+ runs about 750 incl tax for 36.
" Take delivery of a new Model 3 or Model Y between December 21 and 31, 2022 for a $7,500 credit and 10,000 miles of free Supercharging."
Can’t find any available new Model 3 or Y anywhere. Anyone else seeing availability?
I saw some availability for the MY earlier today in Northern California near the Fremont factory.
Yeah, I see 'em now. Thanks for the heads up.
They keep randomly popping up and selling out within minutes. I locked one down and have been given a delivery date of 12/31!
How can I find this deal. Thanks!
This thread title should really be renamed. $425/mo is not accurate as the $7500 is not applied as a cap cost reduction.
