2023 Sequoia TRD Pro - Deposit and Deal Calc

Just lease and flip this thing. Don’t ask more questions.

Also ask her what she wants. Not the LH crowd.

It can’t be a Range Rover if it looks hideous. It is a Land Rover. Every Land Rover is ugly if we’re being truthful. Range Rovers are beautiful.
Range rovers aren’t 200k. The cheapest starts in the 40’s, mid starts 62k RRS is 85k while the RR is like 105k start

If she likes the GLS no shot she goes for a plastic ridden Toyota

This should not have been stated as it will completely derail the thread.

We feel unprepared to participate in this conversation having QX60 for 3,5 years to haul 3 under 5 and doing 12 hour road trips to Myrtle Beach, SC or 6 hours to Washington, DC…

PS - not shaming. There have been plenty argument on this forum about the size of the car vs number of kids including Tahoe for 1 newborn. Just not the right crowd to talk about safety vs size on that particular car if that’s the main reason.

But if you LIKE the car and WANT the car - that’s different convo

I would highly recommend you go to Hyundai and look at the Palisade Calligraphy. Around $52k fully loaded and fit and finish is superb. Tons of space, every feature you would want.

Thanks everyone for your input.

I have asked her and she’s stuck on Toyota reliability and resale when looking at vehicles this size and I agree.

The TRD Pro is def overkill for what we need, but again hold value better than other trims.

I want to think there are other options that are better for us in the short term, and I’ve always favored leasing. I just can’t find deals on non domestic trucks this size.

The pallisade is unbelievable for the price but unfortunately most dealers have one for every 50 Santa Fe’s, so there’s going to be markup.

All at MSRP here and good amount in stock in eastern PA.

What about a tundra? I have 5k off msrp. They lease well and at that discount no chance it won’t hold value. Swap into a seq when pricing comes down. When the grand highlander comes out I think seq will drop a bit. Depends if they make enough tho

Last I checked there were less than 20 in a 100 mile radius in SoCal. My local major dealer had zero

We only have 124 here right now within 100. surprised so little in Socal. May be a good time for a road trip. =)
