I wonder if the sticker is going to say “performance included” or $5100 and discounted on the lease. My state is super strict about the sticker so if total price is above $80k including the destination on the sticker they’ll deny the claim for state EV tax credit.

Are referrals a different discount from the Employee Referral ones?
Sweet just confirmed they will adjust my R1S accordingly with the new price adjustment. Now if only they would unlock the friends and family discount before my delivery date

Has anyone been able to confirm the mf and rv on these leases just so I can know? At the end of the day, I get its a great deal when comparing payment to MSRP.
Not confirmed but this is what I gathered from the available information
OP listed his residual, rent charge and MSRP.
Based on that we can calculate that ~47k is 58% of $80.8k and pretty much 0.00001 MF.
This should be a pretty accurate representation of OP’s deal on a Quad Large.
For dual motor I think the residual is less at 55% or 54%.
I haven’t seen enough data posted to do a full breakdown of dual motor numbers.

Mine says pretty much the same only discount I have is a 23 lease credit. But the monthly payment is crazy right now I hope it updates. Also waiting to hear back if they will give me the dpm upgrade as it’s free now.
