2023 RAM Laramie 1500 Does this deal make sense?

Good morning, I am based in 12538 New York. I’m searching around I found a dealer in New Hampshire offering a deal on a 2023 ram 1500 Laramie lease. They has on their site a promotion for 3999 down and 439 a month, 42/10 on msrp 68,355. * VIN: 1C6SRFJTXPN651487

When I inquired and explained my location they obviously shared that NY tax is much different and the deal would change accordingly. So I asked them to write it up anyway.

They confirmed they’re giving 7k off the truck, 5250 in incentives, .000770 MF, 52% residual, 695 acquisition, 626 dealer fee, 395 disposition fee.

When they came back he sent me the attached deal sheet saying 3999 down plus first payment with my
Zip code comes to 495-515 per month. I asked to confirm out of pocket and they reiterated 3999 plus first payment.

I ran it by my local dealer who told me to go get that truck right now bc he can’t even get close.

I cannot make the numbers and out of pocket match up so I am asking for some feedback here…

It’s a pretty good deal, but don’t give them $3,999 upfront. If you want to pay first month and fees such as registration, etc then go for it, but please don’t do a down payment.
