Hate to break it to you, but that isn’t going to move here without some kind of incentive, there are people on here who have leased these for well under 1k/mo.
Have you looked into seeing if selling it to someone like @DNA_Auto_Wholesale1 might get you paying less out of pocket?

Thanks Scott. Certainly open to an incentive for someone who is interested. No, I have not reached out DNA yet.
Update: Will provide a $3000 incentive to takeover the lease - will be paid at conclusion of lease term. PFS transfer process may take 4-6 weeks to complete.

At the conclusion of the successful transfer to the new lessee or at the conclusion of the lease?
It’s rare to see an IOU for $3000 to someone who took over your lease and more customary that you would give them $3000 upon successful transfer. I suppose you could also pre-pay $3000 before transfer and provide proof to keep all parties secure. Up to you obv it’s your Porsche!
Was recently in BR and grabbed one of my top iced coffees around at The French Truck. I always liked the old Citroen truck they used to have out front.
