Vehicle condition (accidents, tire wear, etc.), options, and other details: No accidents and in overall excellent condition, but there is a minor parking lot scuff on the right passenger side hood (see pics) as well as the driver exterior mirror. Car has been seldom driven by my elderly, 82 year father who is no longer allowed to drive. Car is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and was recently detailed.
Hate to break it to you, but that isn’t going to move here without some kind of incentive, there are people on here who have leased these for well under 1k/mo.

It’s rare to see an IOU for $3000 to someone who took over your lease and more customary that you would give them $3000 upon successful transfer. I suppose you could also pre-pay $3000 before transfer and provide proof to keep all parties secure. Up to you obv it’s your Porsche!
Was recently in BR and grabbed one of my top iced coffees around at The French Truck. I always liked the old Citroen truck they used to have out front.
Bump! Had 2 year service performed at Porsche dealership (oil change). Also, professional repairs were completed last week on the hood, fender and mirror scratches at a cost of $2k. Car is in pristine condition.
Car is now located in Houston, Texas. Mileage has gone up to 10.5k given a road trip from Baton Rouge to Houston.
I will pay the $1000 transfer with Porsche Financial Services.
I am also offering a $3500 incentive to be paid at lease transfer.
