It doesnât for a purchase, but leases are eligible for the credit when a purchase wouldnât be.
Of course it does - it even says on the Nissan website.

And in CT state you canât combine CT EV rebate of $2,250 with this lease because you need 24 months lease while Nissan subsidizing 18 month. UghâŚ
Was does one pay make it so you canât transfer it?
As an example, couldnât someone just give you some money and then take over the no payments lease?
NMAC leases donât get transferred anyway. They just add a new driver and keep all previous lessees on the contract.

So the one pay part doesnât matter regardless.
Donât be surprised by the range drop in the winter, my FWD Engage doesnât get much more than about 175 miles range when itâs cold out.
