2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe 30th Anniversary

My current lease is almost up and the dealer is offering me a 2023 JGC 4xe 30th anniversary model for $569 monthly payments. Nothing else out of pocket. I don’t have the residual or money factor but was curious if people have received better deals. This is Maryland.

Trading in my 2021 wrangler with 4 payments left.

Thoughts?

Depends. If you do not have affiliate. What is tax rate, acquisition fee. Is it 27 month term?

It’s a 39 month lease. I don’t have the other details and the dealership is closing in 40 minutes so I don’t want to bother them. Maryland tax rate is 6%. I do have an affiliate but forgot about that until you mentioned it. I think it gets me another $500

Whats your trade actually worth?

Tdm included?

Discount looks about 5% which isnt amazing, even if this is at buy rate.

I have had a few private offers for around 40k but I honestly think it’s worth closer to 45k. It only has 20k miles and is in great shape. Has a lift with wheels and tires plus I have the original wheels and tires that are basically brand new

What’s TDM?

What did all the big online buyers offer for it?

It sounds like you went in unprepared and should walk away until you know what the numbers should be.

Another $1000 off that you should make sure you have the code for

Agreed. I went in for an oil change not for a new car.

Walk away, spend the evening getting your ducks in a row, and approach it from a place of preparation tomorrow.

Yea, it’s too late now anyways. I was just trying to see if the deal was too good to walk away from but looks like I can definitely do better.

Bare minimum, adding the tdm will save you a grand.

The dealer is not going to give you any credit for the mods you have done. In fact, it may hurt you. It looks like you are getting about $2K in trade equity which is getting rolled into the deal. I can’t tell what the discount is off MSRP.
The question is, do you really want a JGC 4xe for 39 months? If so, do some homework and figure out what you should pay using the lease calculator on this site.
