GC 4xe hellcat hybrid
Where can you find that? CA only?
Oh my friend this is just nuts. And they had audacity to ask for 3500 drive offs? Hey at least its only 2 years but dang.
Must be a troll
If you have ever worked at a dealer youâll know deals like this happen all the time
I only know the SoCal areas. But a nice chunk of them have really come down in pricing over the last few months on the 4XEâs. A buddy of mine got a Sahara 4XE for 590/month after tax with 1K down at the end of September.
Did they add the $11,500 instead of subtracting it?
I hope OP loves this car
Lesson learned, the hard way. I will definitely use the Deal Check thread next time. I went into the day planning just to test drive a couple different cars w/ my wife. I hadnât done much research yet on pricing. Actually started to walk away from this offer but for obvious reasons they said âjust take the car and go to lunchâ. Numbers seemed high but I honestly thought I was getting over 10% off MSRP so thought I wouldnât get much better by shopping around. Never again. Paid the price for not being up on Leasehackr. I do really like the car. But it will take some amazing trips to get past the bad dealer experience. Thanks all for opening my eyes on this one.
Not trying to pile on here, but it always helps to do a gut check back of the envelope on the math. $67k MSRP, $11.5k in regards, $46k RV and yet youâre paying $27k-$28k over 2 years. That would be the first red flag to note something is off.
Brutal
If you really like the car and if you can afford the total cost relatively easily, then do just conât to enjoy the car for the time you have it.
I worked at Audi back in late 2000s but damn lol
I sometimes think deals couldnât get any worse but thereâs always someone that comes along on LH to further push the envelopeâŚ
Can we just move this entire thread to the âworst deals youâve seenâ
Good luck. My 30th with 500 miles on it just died at a red light for 10 minutes before letting me turn it back on and put it in drive. Not sure if entirely related to my issue, but make sure your fuses are completely installed.
My wrangler had same issue. Apparently itâs common
Which is why I find it ironic how -some- dealers get so offended and preachy when customers dare ask for a strong discount. If dealers can absolutely f over a customer on a deal like this, then it should be expected that the other way can happen too. Itâs all part of the game, say no thanks and move on.
Because it works often enough.
If the OP drives the entire 20k miles allowed on the contract, this costs $1.41 per mile driven, plus gas.
This is one of those ultra-rare leases where the mileage overage penalty at $0.25/mi is a great deal.
