I signed a lease last week. I think I did OK.
2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD
color: Premium white pearl
36mo/10k
MSRP: 48,005.
Selling price: 42,500
RV 69%
MF: 0.00151
Incentive: conquest $500
DAS: 2500 (included 1st month and taxes)
At the first attempt, the salesman quoted me $425.11 monthly but when I am ready to walk out he gives me the deal, $380.
Should I refinance this truck now or just ride it closer to the end of lease or is it a flip-able ?
I got approval interest rate of 3.45% up to 72 months with ARMCO until April 15.
I am planning to cancel the service/maintenance fee of $500 since Honda offers 24 months complimentary services and maintenance for free.

Congrats!!!
If it’s not a $900 pilot, it a WIN!!
3.45 APR on 72 months? I am shocked and jealous at the same time.

DAS: 2500
Contract says $3500 DAS? Also should add DAS to title alongside the payment
Nice truck, I like the Ridgeline
I think $2500 das is after the service cancellation ($500) and the $500 rebate
Congrats! Post pics of the truck!

Yes, they offered me $500 for 3 yrs oil change and maintenance service which I thought is a good deal for AWD car. So I asked them to add it to my down payment. In California, we can cancel optional product and service up to 60 days (according to the finance manager).
My local dealer charges $60 for an oil change so $500 isn’t a good deal for probably 5 oil changes in your lease period.
