Post here on edmunds and ask about current lease program for your region. Or become super supporter and you’ll have access to RateFindr tool, which lets you lookup lease programs.
For average discount off of MSRP, I’d search marketplace and see what’s offered currently. I don’t think I saw any Trailblazer deals posted in “signed” section.
