UPDATE: Potentially pending with one of the LH members in the comments, transfer process to be started later today (4/29). Will keep others as backup if interested (already have 1 in line). Thank you folks!
EDIT: One of the deleted comments said they couldn’t DM me due to private setting, however, my settings show DMs from other users are on. If you can’t DM me, please post in the comments and I will message you.
Picked this up in early April thanks to @Zenek to replace my wife’s XC90 but she does not like it so we’re most likely going to stick with XC90 or something similar to it if transfer goes through.
Year, Make, Model, and Trim: 2023 BMW iX50 w/Sport Package
Location: Central NJ (open to takeover from outside tri-state area but buyer has to cover/handle shipping). Deal works best for NJ residents due to the no sales tax and is still pretty good for NY as well.
MSRP: $89,005
Monthly payment (pre-tax): $523.03 (no tax in NJ)
Effective monthly payment (if incentive is provided): $545 (reflects $795 cash due to seller)

Maturity mileage: 41,483
Effective miles per month: 837
Maturity date: 04/01/2027
MSD due (if any): None
Cash due (if any): $795 (prorated to exclude 1st months payment since I’ve used
Incentive for new lessee (if any): None
Financial institution: BMW FS
Transfer fee: $500 (to be paid by buyer)
Out-of-state transfer allowed (yes/no): Yes per my understanding and other posts on LH
Vehicle condition (accidents, tire wear, etc.), options, and other details: Excellent/like new condition with New Tires (~675 miles on them) and Like New Brakes (10MM or 83% as of April 25th). Car has factory warranty and CPO warranty in the event buyer wants to buy this out (dealer CPO’d the car when they leased it to me hence the new tires). Car does have a minor scratch (see photo) on the center console and I asked in the BMW iX thread on LH, one of the brokers responded that BMW would most likely not charge for that. Car is a former loaner but not beat up. Car has 110V charger and 220V NEMA plug in charger included (you must return these upon lease turn in). I was told the car comes with 2 years free charging at Electrify America - however this has not been setup yet due to an issue with BMW & EA, dealer is supposed to keep me posted. Issue is not specific to this car but BMW & EA generally. See photos for package details on the car but it’s a base model with sport package (does have heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, park assist, active driving assist, etc.)
Apologies for the not so great photos which are from dealer when I got the car but will try to get better ones once I can get exterior washed (a lot of pollen and flowers petals this time of year in my area).
