2023 Audi Q8- Target discount percent off of MSRP

In the market for a 23 Q8 P+ and wanted to get some feedback on what to target for a discount off of MSRP, not including current incentives. Located in MA, looking to lease or purchase in the current month (Dec). Happy holidays! PS, looking at higher priced P+ with MSRP’s in the mid $80’s if that makes any difference.
