That’s what I thought too. Especially a relatively loaded 45. Are they not getting built all that much anymore?
There’s a ton of Q5s. Most dealers have 20+ Q5s vs 2-3 A4s
Yeah… It’s tough.
It’s a shame cuz the 45TFSI in the A4 is pretty potent. I wish Audi cut the 40 and make the 45 only in both the Q5 and the A4.
Is it 261 vs 201 HP 2.0L 4 cyl in the 40TFSI? Surely it’s not just HP that determines “potency” but it seems kinda weak relative to competitors’ 2.0’s.
Gone are the days when 45 might mean 4.5L. That would be a sweet i6/V6
The S4 has a 3.0L V6 engine generating 349 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. The base premium starts at $53,495.
Yeah… granted the 40 does undercut BMW and MB by like a few thousand but still…the engine is not up to par. The 45 would be a more direct comparison with the 330 and C300.
