Ran across an add for a 2023 Acura MDX A Spec for $579 a month with $7999 down, 36 mo 7500 miles a year.
So about $808 actual.
Using the Edmunds lease calculator with 0 down it looks like this model leases for about $960 a month at current rates and when I plug in the $7999 cap cost reduction I am still coming up with about $728 a month for a payment?
We have a 2021 RDX with about the same equity as we would need for the down payment and we qualify for the $1000 incentive available at the moment. So I would just trade the RDX for the MDX basically and have to pay tax-title and doc fee which runs around $500-$700 or so I believe.
This look like a decent deal or not?
