2022 Volvo XC60 B5 Momentum Lease Deal Check NY/NJ

, , ,

Hello - Got a lease quote for a custom order Volvo XC60 B5 Momentum with:

  • Metalic paint
  • Advanced package
  • Leather interior
  • Harmon Kardon spakers
  • Power tailgate

10k miles, 36 months - All-in, including taxes and fees:
$660 per month with $3,500 due at signing.

MSRP of $51,640, residual value 57%. I asked him the MF and he said it was .0012.
To be registered in NJ where tax rate is 6.625%, but dealer is in NY.

I was trying to tie all these numbers together in leasehackr calculator but couldn’t get it to match the money factor.

Seems like a good deal? or am I missing something? I really wanted momentum + advanced package + leather and willing to wait a couple months for an order.

What’s the selling price? Is that buy rate? Why is he showing an amount das plus more for first month and plates?

Selling price is same as MSRP of $51,640. Buy rate (money factor) I’m told is .0012 (2.88% apr). Ah, I think it means $3,500 due at signing plus 1st month payment of $660 plus NJ plate fee (He needs to confirm what NJ fees are as he’s in NY). I suppose it’s really $4,160 ($3,500 + $660) due at signing plus 35 months of $660 plus NJ plate fee.

He can’t give you any real quote if you are ordering. MF/RV/Incentives (haha) change. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s possible to negotiate some discount off MSRP for an order.

Thanks for the tip. Seems like ordering one is quite a bit cheaper than trying to get one off a lot. Ive received some outrageous quotes from other dealers.

I call BS on 8% off RS6 avants. 10k off G wagons at any time is a pipe dream.

Negatives is markup.

Lol, feel silly, but still feels very low. 10k markup on a g550 is astounding.

That realcaetips website is consistently full of bad information

incorrect. volvo progs now lock for i believe 60 or 90 days on an order.

Thanks for sharing! Looks like realcartips.com includes incentives and rebates, which means loyalty rebates of 1-2k off if you’re already driving the same make (that may be skewing things a bit).

3 years off the market matter. Good for customers, but does Volvo deliver in 60 days?

Wouldn’t this be cheaper at a MD dealer given they seemingly have $500 in additional incentive?

Is there one in particular you’d recommend?

Pretty sure I’ve seen all of them posted here previously. Likely wouldn’t hurt to contact them all.
