2022 Toyota Rav4 Xle

Hi guys! I just recently started looking for a car to lease
First time, i struggled if i should go with leasing or financing
but decided to go with leasing a car because i don’t have a enough budget and wont be able to get hybrid car right now (I heard that i should wait over 1 year to get it)
I went to the Toyota dealer shop to see how much the monthly pay would be for me
Can you guys check this if it’s a good deal or not?
ON,CA

MSRP $31,090
Wear Pass $1,299
Down payment: $0
64month/22,500km
interest rate: 5.39%

Monthly payment: $475
Lease End Value: $14,612
Multiple Security Deposit: $3,300 (Dealer said that it lowers my monthly payment and refundable at the end of my lease)
Total due on delivery: 3,819

64 month lease? Why wouldn’t you buy it? You’re paying more then the car costs…

What is this?

Are we in Canada?

I’ve seen canAda lease transfers and they do biweekly. Are you sure it’s not 64 biweekly payments?

My ideal was 48month tho…then monthly payment goes higher like over $500
Was i supposed to ask for 48month?

The dealer said that the wear pass is a car protection that covers wears and tears when i return the car

I don’t have a clue to how the leasing works out in Canada, but I’m guessing it’s probably a bad idea right now vs finance, at least as much as is the case in the US.

Yes its a monthly payment for 64month…
I know that its so weird period

Youre paying $35k to lease a $30k vehicle. Why would you not just purchase it?

You realize $475 x 64 = more than $30,000?

How much is your monthly payment to finance it putting $3300 down?
