Forget the politics- look at the economic side -
There is less office space sq being developed in all of Miami than one building in Hudson yards
Basically one office building in Hudson yards has more office space under development than all of Miami
If you’re young and want to accelerate your career you go to nyc
If you have made your money it’s time to go to florida
Or if you WFH, you move to Florida…we got a huge surge of growth since Covid partly due to this trend

We’ll need you to tell us what is Audi’s policy on Gap waivers in leases, how they handle one-pays that get totalled out, what happens to capital cost reductions and positive equity during a total loss, and whether MSD can be used to offset negative equity in the event a leased vehicle is declared a total loss.
