2022 Porsche Macan, $569/mo effective, one pay, 70k msrp

Based off his post, I think a one pay reduces the MF by about .0008 but not 100% sure.

How did you calculate the 0.0008? Based on Edmunds the MF is 0.0034 and he has 0.003, so it’s possible that its 0.0004 assuming both numbers are accurate.

He also stated they bumped 40 so if Edmunds says .0034 but you take out .0008 for the one pay that would put it at .0026. If they bumped it .0004 that would put it back at .003.

I am not saying this is the case just inferring based on the numbers everyone else provided.

I missed the 40 bump part, so you could be right.

Mine is CPO Fyi

That seems surprising, like 90% of the ones I’ve looked at today are listed as regular used, not CPO

Majority I have looked at are CPO. I’ve also had a claim that the rv is only 65%. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

My favorite so far was one dealer was offering just over $1k to for a CPO loaner. :man_facepalming:

You can lease a CPO and get the same lease program as the ones offered for a new untitled vehicle?

Most of us are referring to loaner CPO’s. So they would be “new” vehicles in the sense that they’ve never been titled.

Got it, that’s what I assumed! Thanks

A lot of loaners have the title as “issued” on the Carfax.

@nyclife Is maintenance covered or are you on the hook for oil changes and brakes etc?

I’m pretty sure the first is which is perfect on a 12 month lease

Is porsche and nissan the only people that do 12 month leases that are leasehakr approved?

Did you think about snagging an S? Or is the RV significantly worse?

I would hardly classify Porsche leasing as being LH approved. I love the brand but the leases generally suck.

This Macan lease with @nyclife is dare I say a :unicorn:. It may be replicable but it certainly isn’t the norm.

Nissan is a slightly different story with their 18 month option, etc

Same RV

10 char

Is 15k miles the highest amount of mileage that PFS offers? LH calculator has a 24k option and the RV is the same, but I don’t know if that is accurate or not.

Well, I mean I don’t really see too many short term leases here. Usually its 36 months or in Nissan with their 18 month option. I’m kinda in the market for a fun car that’s a 12 month lease. I wanted to get another BMW for the family fleet but I’m not too sure now. There’s simply nothing that’s perfect for us long term other than an X7 M60i and I have 1 in the fleet already. I’m changing cars faster than a Chinese wedding bride changes outfits!
