2022 Jeep Wagoneer. Non Tax Fees - Out of State Lease

I am looking at doing an out of state lease. MSRP/Selling Price/Rebates all look great. Dealer fee is set to state limit but on top of that there is a category called “Non Tax Fees.” I have never seen this line on any in state lease I have looked at. I’ve asked a few times and I can’t get a clear understanding of what these are. They say it includes the lease origination fee, a notary fee and registration amounts for my state but how best can I ask for a break down of these fees? Is it normal to have some additional fees for doing an out of state lease?

Thanks!

I would expect that line to be inclusive of title, registration, license fees, and possibly a runner, since the dealer is out of state.

With that said, you tagged “USA-Nationwide,” and the government fees vary dramatically from place to place to place, so that’s just an educated guess.

Ask for the non tax fees to be broken down line by line. It’ll likely be as trism stated, but make sure

What state?

Post the entirety of the quote to (A) find where things like Acq are being captured and (B) whether the deal is actually any good.

Is there a best way to ask a simple question? Just ask for it.

They inflated the money factor by .68%. The Reg fee includes fees to the 3rd party they use to coordinate out of state leases.

Youre missing the other table on the contract that shows the breakdown of the capitalized cost. You have $595 in fees (probably the acq fee) being capitalized here.

What is MSRP? It isn’t necessarily agreed upon value.

Post a calculator link and will make review easier.

So what it is this mystery vehicle and is it worth $754 a month?

Wagoneer, deal is decent and gets the job done for us now.

27 month lease means off annual if plate/licensing is done that way in your state. May pay more if not able to be rolled or used, etc.

I think you could get an extra $500 coupon with truecar and not sure about Amex auto buy service getting you $1000 which is still truecar.

There is/was a $1500 private offer for the Wagoneer too. I have a code if you want one and can use it, I won’t be getting a Wagoneer.

I am also curious how you got 10% off MSRP, is that something you just offered them or was it already discounted.

Thanks! I think it excluded series 1s, right?

I asked if they would do 10% before 2k rebate and they agreed - after some back and forth.

Oh crap, you’re right, I’m sorry.

How do you get the extra 500/1000 from true car /amex?
