2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE

There’s nothing brokers can do about lease terms, it’s set by ccap and fyi the mf on 24 months will probably be almost double of 36/39

I will do a 1 pay lease for 24-month lease, if that helps to reduce MF.

It’s your money, but a one pay on 24 months reduces the mf less than on a 36 month term

.00303 vs .00140

well this went over like a lead balloon.

Disappointing for sure :frowning:

Painful lease, not necessarily painful flip if you got a decent discount on it. I’m def not keeping mine now but I’ll wait until it actually gets delivered and see if it makes any sense to just dump it and pick up some beer money.

This doesn’t look so bad to me but maybe I missed something.

I’ll probably lease then buy out through my business for accelerated depreciation.

If you are stuck in the past (as I am  ), then that single pay is close to 2x what a similar MSRP would have been on a Wrangler about 10 months ago.

But, in the overall current state of things, maybe it isnt so bad if someone really wants one of these.

I have to agree. The limited one comes with plenty of features and includes the 3rd screen I think? So its not so bad as one pay. Hope Jeep puts some rebates on it towards end of year but I doubt it.

Yeah present state also means I can get way more than I should for my 2016 explorer and we do actually want one of these. Base/limited trim is pretty nice and love the plug in aspect for the price.

Realistically, no one will see these numbers anyway. Doubt anyone will actually have one delivered until May, but the numbers might not change much either.

Just for comparison purposes I ran the calculator on a similarly equipped GC Limited 4x4 (non 4xe) vs a GC 4xe with this months program and it was ~ $14 more per month. The Fed rebate makes all the difference. Definitely makes sense right now to go with the 4xe considering the potential gas savings and the built in equity. We will see what things actually look like in a few months when it arrives.

So I am from Wisconsin. Been out from looking for a few months Willing to drive basically anywhere but prefer not to drive this back from California as that is a trip. What dealership is going to make the most sense in the 1500 mile range? Gupton? Clutch? Any clubs I need to join ahead of time or is it pretty straight up contact them and go?

Check with Granger Iowa and see what they are offering for the GC 4xe

glad to know I was not crazy to think the residuals would be in the 50s.

Anyone have their GC 4xE canceled? Chapman emailed me on Sat saying Stellantis canceled it. They told me it was due to multiple orders, but I don’t think that’s why it was canceled, it was ordered under my wife for her, she has 0 Stellantis vehicles and no CCAP leases. I think they are having production issues.

Same address as your vehicles?

Yea, but I only have 1 with one other coming in, haven’t flipped any yet either. I heard some other rumblings about GC problems, I think they are having production issues on these also. I don’t really care that it was canceled, it was in D with no real date anyway and I wasn’t going to keep it with their pricing. I was just throwing it out to everyone else with an order that they may be having production issues.

Why would they simply cancel an order if it were due to production issues? Stellantis clearly has no problem letting orders sit in D status for eternity. I’m inclined to believe their reasoning, given that would mean 3 Jeeps at the same address.
