2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE

Based on what you shared, it’s likely marked up to .00210 or .00025 over base of .00185. Discount is 5.14%. Are all the fees covered in the $4,800 legitimate too? Should be on the next page.

if this is for NY - shouldn’t Sales/Use Tax be filled out?

It’s on another sheet,

The fees include NY tax so should be ok. % off and MF are the issue here.

Mf being charged is .00210 on this

Discount is 5.1%

Jeep has now added the 2023 Grand Cherokee to the Lease Credit worksheet…

Will any get delivered in 2022? anyones guess

Start of production is scheduled for Nov 2022. So yes I think we will see some 2023 models this year.

So if I place a 2023 order now, I can expect it to arrive this year to get tax credit?

You can Hope*…expect nothing.

Seeing multiple photos of deliveries in a 4xe Facebook group. This is a good sign!

Seems like the higher trims were prioritized… mostly Summits from what I have seen.

Makes sense that they’d prioritize the higher end builds as long as they have parts. My base is in paint.

Mine is a base and is on its way to the dealer. FWIW

Have 2 bases at dealer, 1 overland and 1 summit. Basically all my Dec orders are filled.

The best lease term for flipping is still 36/10 right?

I’m pretty sure term is irrelevant if flipping, as is MF.

Seems like everyone who’s in build put orders in prior to summer 2022, right?

No there are plenty of summer orders in build right now. Mine was July and last update was it’s in paint. But it does seem earlier orders are the ones getting delivered.

Deal looks to be fixed now with the right MF and discount.
