2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL

New to leasing and looking for some help. What selling price, MF, Residual, and Lease or loyalty credits (if any) should I be looking for on a 2022 Hyundai 2022 Tucson SEL 4dr, 36/10k, zip-code 10029, NYC.

Thank you in advance…

Having current, accurate information for residual value, money factor, and incentives is important in understanding your deal. As such, going directly to a source that has access to that data from the captive banks is your best option. The forums at Edmunds are where we go to get that information, as they have direct access to it from the captive banks. You’ll want to post in the model specific thread for the vehicle you’re interested in and request the most current numbers for your zip code. It is often easiest to find that thread by searching Google for “Edmunds lease” followed by the model of vehicle you’re interested in.

Alternately, you can try the Lease Program Query tool on the Leasehackr Calculator, available to Super Supporters.

Tucsons are flying off the lot in our region.

With a ~90day wait they’re going for MSRP, as much as $5k-10k over sticker at certain dealers if you need more immediate delivery.

Thank you for the feedback.

Seem like all SUV’s are these days. For a great deal I don’t mind waiting 90 days for delivery.

I did some research, for NYC. Does this look about right? 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Hybrid

The make needs to be correct, which should auto fill the correct acq fee.

Not sure how you came up with almost 5% off on the selling price?

Are the MF and RV sourced from Edmunds forums for your zip code?

Doc fee is $175 in NY

Tax in NY varies by county from 7 to 8.875%. Look yours up on the official DMV .gov website.

Agree with Max, selling price is way too low. Asking for 5% discount (which is below invoice price, essentially asking the dealer to lose money to sell you a car) in this climate will get you laughed out of the showroom.

A good deal on the Hybrid SEL would be $370/mo with $3984+1st due at signing.

This is why I love leasehackr when I came across it. I figured things weren’t adding up correctly. Again it’s my first time looking for a vehicle and using this calculator, thank you for the feedback.

This is what I got from Edmunds:

Then it might make more sense to finance one.
