2022 Honda Civic LX sedan

Hi all! I’m a fairly new about leasing and after a few months of research, I have made a Leasehackr goal that I would like to secure before I started going and exchanging more emails with the dealership.
Please let me know if this is realistic Lease, if there are ways for me to get rid off the drive off free, I would like to know how ( the most I would like to pay are the ones here, but It would be better if I can only pay the first month).

2022 Honda Civic LX

zip code = 90026
Msrp = 23090

Selling price = 19500

36/12k

Rv = 60%

MF = 0.00078 = 1.87%

DAS = $726

Total cost lease =$7,292

Leasehackr score =10.2 years

Is this the Honda Civic that was just introduced? Is there a trade-in of some sort that wasn’t put into the calculator as a down payment? 15.5% as a pre-incentive discount on a newly redesigned car in this market borders on unicorn territory.

The sale price you are targeting is VERY far from achievable

Also you have the incorrect money factor and residual…

Did you mean a 2021? Even those don’t have dealers in a hurry to sell them

on a Civic regardless of this market, 15.5% would be tough in itself

Whoops, missed the part that this is the OP’s goal, not an actual deal.

Yeah, that pre-incentive discount is totally unrealistic.

Thank you so much for all the feedback, I understand with current market situation, it’s very unlikely to achieve this, However, would $250 per month 0 Down be considered a good Lease deal on this same vehicle. I read on Edmunds forums of someone achieving this deal, yet still refuse to take it.

It’s not very unlikely. When a broker who works w/ Honda tell you it’s impossible, you should believe them. But, certainly, keep trying if you wish.

You can take a look at @Jeff_BeachCitiesAuto deals to get an idea if it’s a good deal or not (you didn’t provide the trim line or DAS, which is different than “down”).

If that was a true $250/mo, $0DAS, I think the person should’ve taken it, personally.

One person refusing to take a deal because they didn’t have the color they wanted doesn’t inform one way or another if the deal was any good (or even exists).

Absent the actual deal information, who knows what the deal actually was. Case in point, see today’s Honda accord for $299/$0 das thread that actually had a trade in with an unknown amount of equity rolled in.

You’ll never glean any useful information by looking at random monthly payments without the whole story.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if the deal was on a 2021.

The edmunds discussion was in the 22 thread, but ya, could have easily been someone misinformed. It’s thousands away from what most offers seem to be.

I would say kinda impossible for a 2022 civic 15%, anything below msrp is a deal

I had negotiated a 2021 Civic LX 36/10 for $230ish with tint including Texas tax. That was in early May. Things kept going South in the market and I believe they stonewalled me and didn’t want to honor the price (as they had people in line behind me paying MSRP). I wasn’t able to get anywhere near this price since that time. 2021 are scarce and they are not discounting the 2022 in this market.

The 2022 civic sport has a 69% rv with 0.0015 MF 36/10k so getting around 5-6% off could land you sub 250/mo sign and drive
