2022 Grand Cherokee 4xe - $495/mo w/$1000 DAS - $65xxx MSRP ($520/mo effective)

After weeks of back and forth with all FL dealers that I would be willing to drive to this is the best deal I’ve been able to find. I could try to keep pushing for a lower price but have time constraints so need to get a deal done by the end of the weekend. Also, the 10% discount seems to be the best I would be able to do on something in-stock without affiliate pricing.

$65xxx MSRP
$13,500 rebates/incentives
$6563 discount (10%)
$1000 DAS
Waived add-ons
39 mo/10k

No shame in that. Car buying/leasing is a local thing for 99% of people. Get it done and call it a day. Post pics and submit to “signed!” afterwards

price seems high for a 10% discount. Have you plugged it into the calc to verify they aren’t marking up the mf to offset the discount?

Just added the link. I put the taxable fees and non-tax fees where I think they should go but am not sure. The dealer assured me in email and phone that they were using the buy rate .00066 and also said they would send me a breakdown of the fees so that I can confirm if the acquisition fee has been waived.

Good deal.

MF doesn’t look to be marked up.

Have you tried getting the 1k Jeep Private Offer?

Yes, Private Offer is included in the $13500 of incentives

Just edited the link to move the $299 fee from Acquisition fee over to dealer fee and now the numbers seem to line up.

Why are the government fees so high?

Maybe because I don’t currently have a vehicle so am not transferring a tag?

I believe 10% is as deep a discount as anyone has gotten on one of these? Someone posted saying 12% is a big loser. Not even broker deals seem to be able to touch this.

Seems like a fantastic deal that got sandbagged by FL’s high dealer and gov fees.

Almost 2500 in fees seems insane, what’s the breakdown on that?

definitely way more than I have paid for gov fees when I didn’t have a tag to transfer

Fees are high. May be they are padding some to eke out some extra profit but for Florida, still a good deal IMO.

Once they give you break down, see if you can push them a bit on the fees that seem abnormal.

Electronic Filing Fee: $199.00
License/Registration Fee: $100.00
FL MVWTF - $2.00
Battery - $1.50
Tire Fee - $5.00
Lease Surcharge - $60.00
Private Tag Agency - $189.00
Acquisition Fee - $895.00

The acquisition fee is what is inflating the price. I believe the fee is waived for a 39 month lease w/CCAP correct?

I tried getting them to waive the acquisition fee but they said if they did they would just reduce the discount by the same amount. I think I’m just going to leave as is. I’m ok with the price and they have been far better to deal with than the other dealerships I’ve tried dealing with.

FL, I was quoted a similar payment on base 4xe, I would take it and run and enjoy the fuel savings …I know I am

This probably would be cheaper on a 24 mo too
