2022 Audi e-tron GT P+ $111k MSRP — $845/mo & $3655 DAS

, ,

After I helped my brother-in-law get the 2022 RS e-tron GT (deal details in next post), I was wondering if I could hack a regular e-Tron to be <$900/mo. After looking everywhere for leftover 2022’s, finally came across a dealer with an executive car (2700 mi). After much back and forth, got the dealer to land on the numbers below.

Almost half the dealers I spoke with were willing to discount it to 15% plus $7500 rebate, one other dealer was at 16+% (all for new ones). Every other dealer called me crazy and/or a liar.

What helped offset the high MF, was not having sales tax on EV in NJ. MSDs would have made it better had it been allowed.

Would have posted this deal earlier to get feedback, but with the Macan fire sale, was concerned someone was going to sweep in.

Deal I got my BIL:

2022 Audi RS e-tron GT
MSRP: $158,250
Discount: 15%
Incentives: $7500
MF: 0.00299
RV: 58%
Term: 36
Miles: 12k
Dealer Fees: $599
Tax: 8.875%
Lease Trade Equity: $1500
Color: Skyscraper Gray on Red (color is beautiful!)

$1700/mo
$8000 DAS + Trade

MSDs were possible on this deal, but he didn’t want to fork over $15,000 on top of the $8k. Another dealer closer to him was 14.5% + $7500, but liked this color more.

Guessing it’s a NY dealer, or dealer not wanting to do the paperwork and just taking the pounding on the gross (sans write-off).

But this is a dope deal.

That discount is the key. It was $25k over MSRP at this time in 2022 which people paid.

Problem is the used market. 2 fellow E-Tron GT owners I know traded theirs in for $74k and $83k ($130k MSRP)

Well, I think we finally found the answer to this question;

MMR range is in the high 60’s for a typical used 22 Etron GT right now.

This is not true. More like high $70k to $90k

Those $60k results are the E-Tron SUV

RV on Taycan is a disaster. PFS doesn’t want to lease the Taycan.
I was offered Taycans for 18% off MSRP wirh $7500 tax rebate a couple of years back. So these prices will collapse once the market normalizes

Their is only one recent sale (2/5) and it was at $77K. There hasn’t been a sale above $90K since 2022.

The MMR range for a 2022 Etron GT P+ with 10K miles , in NE at 4.0 CR – is $68,800 - $76,800
