I am looking to lease a 2022 MDX Tech and the calculator is not matching the sheet.
Can anyone identify whats going on? I cant figure out if this is a good or bad deal. Thanks!

What could you get for the Passport if you owned it?
Up to 36 but I’m with US bank. They have 3 different payoffs so it makes sense to do another US bank lease
So if you bought it out you’d make a substantial profit and also shield your next purchase from the majority of its taxes?
Looks pretty accurate to me.
I fixed the nontax fees to match the printout and made it zero DAS. $770 vs their $771.
