I’m not expert, but this looks like a terrible deal.

After year one, half of the miles will be gone.
With the “Cash Due”, the payment will be close to $1,700 (pre-tax!), so about 1800-1900/month. Unless you are taking the $6,500 to reduce the monthly payment to $1,447?

You are missing the rear seat entertainment.

I would suggest Swap a Lease
I am located in PA, with tax and cash due this is an effective $1817 per month. You might get more traction over on SAL when you pay to post it. Tough sale to this crowd.

Rear seat option is not available option 2021.
Only 2020 models

There is always some room to talk about the DAS.
But this has extended maintenance that covers through the term of the lease and miles allowed.
Brakes on this car alone cost 10K to do rotors and pads

PPF on the Car 2K

Not a lot of allocations available, plus dealers barely discounting. With some asking for 20K over sticker in Metro areas

Given the current shortage, anything short of ~$1900 on a loaded X5M/X6M is a decent deal. Over on Bimmerpost, most users are reporting dealers completely unwilling to budge off MSRP (or a slight market adjustment), so prices are coming in around ~$1950.

With that said, if buyer ate at least half of that upfront cost, could probably get this sold.

Bump.

Is this still available? Interested

I dunno about other deals but for almost 2k can’t you lease a bentyaga or aston martin suv?

Probably not in today’s market. My wife’s cousin just leased X6M competition for $1900

Why don’t you PM these OP’s instead of bumping all these old threads?
