First time buying a car. I’m in CT, is 30,498 overpriced for a 2021 cx9 carbon edition. 28,851 miles.
The dealership gives me weird vibes. I’ve signed the paperwork but haven’t given them the check from my credit union yet.
30,498 price of car
999 in conveyance fee
390 in registration fees
Trade in (2013 altima) $2500
Finance balance 31228.31 from my credit union 5.49%
Is this a bad deal and is it too late to get my money back?

Have you check the GT trim, i had that trim and i feel like thats best bang for your buck, if i would you i were you take a look if theres a big difference.

You made a bad deal and I’d do whatever you can to get out of it.
A quick search on car gurus shows multiple carbon trims with similar mileage for $26,500-$29k.
The GT trim which is much more abundant and has almost the same or better standard equipment sells for less.
I don’t know the actual book value of your Nissan, but if you didn’t price out private sales or third party purchases it seems like they probably took you for a ride.
You also signed a loan two days before the fed is about to drop rates.
Get out of this if they let you. Be prepared to fight to the death and it will hurt your credit if they did a hard pull.
