Seems on the high side. I’ve got this down to $348 on a 36m/10k lease with only first month DAS on a MSRP Discount around $2700 .
Your calculator doesn’t make much sense. In CA, you’re taxed monthly rather than on the whole value. You need to select the proper tax option. Your incentives should likely be taxed as wrll.
