Trying to figure out where I went wrong inputting the numbers into the calculator, appreciate any help. Regardless, don’t think I’ll make the deal at this price. They said they can’t do any better with the MF and Res %. Below is the deal they sent over and the link for the Leasehckr calculator. Thanks for any advice.
What did edmunds give you for mf/rv/incentives? Need to know if the mf is marked up before asking for it to be reduced.

Also note that a 48% residual is terrible (I assume this is 36 months?), and if you want a good deal you’re going to need a bigger discount which may or may not be possible. If the MF is marked up, then target getting that down as well.

Discount seems pretty good at 9.5% off. As far as calculator goes - take the $4600 out of the negotiated price and put it into (I assume) TAXED incentives.
